Terms and conditions

  • Offer valid until 30th September 2025.
  • This offer is only valid for UAE Nationals and UAE Residents. To take advantage of this promotion, please ensure to bring your original Emirates ID with you to The Dubai Balloon Ticketing Office.
  • The discount can be applied to the Sunrise Pass and Regular Pass only.
  • The discount is not applicable to Fast Pass or Exclusive Flight Access.
  • Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older.
  • Should you not be able to use the ticket at all, for whatever reason, the ticket will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will give you the option to rebook for any other day within the following six months. This includes flight cancellations due to weather conditions or other causes outside of our control.
