How to avail this offer
- Online booking: Use the promo code BIRTHDAY when checking out on our website. You need to select at least two tickets for the offer to be valid, one ticket will be discounted. Bring your Emirates ID or passport along with you when visiting us.
- On-site redemption: Just show up at The Dubai Balloon with valid form of ID to verify your birthday and receive your free pass if you have a paying guest with you.
Terms and Conditions
- Only applicable on the Explorer Pass
- Proof of your birthday is required upon arrival at The Dubai Balloon either by presenting your Emirates ID or Passport. Failure to provide proof might result in refusal of the complimentary birthday flight.
- Can only be booked by on-site redemption or bookings made on this website. This offer is not applicable on bookings made through any third party providers.
- In order to qualify for a free flight, at least one paying guest should accompany the birthday guest.
- The original ticket should be booked for the day of your birthday. Should the balloon not fly on your birthday, your ticket will be valid for six more months.
- All flights are dependant on the weather and we suggest checking the weather widget before your visit to ensure the balloon is flying.
